This dishwasher-safe steel grilling basket makes it easy to grill those foods that otherwise would not be able to go directly on your Traeger pellet grill. Sliced summer squash, julienne zucchini, jalapeno-covered bacon, even freshly cut sweet potato fries can now be on the menu. Small openings allow the heat to penetrate the food, without letting the food fall though the grates. They also let any moisture drip out, both avoiding your food from being waterlogged, and promoting faster cooking.
