SHIPPING POLICY

 

Order Processing:

Typically orders taken before 3pm, Monday-Friday, will ship out the same day.  Anything orders after 3pm will ship out the following business day.  We do not ship on the weekends or holidays.  Orders taken on the weekends or holidays will ship out the following business day. 

 

Shipping & Delivery:

The following shipping methods are available; USPS priority mail, FedEx Ground, or FedEx Express.

Priority Mail® is our bestselling mail service. Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days3 depending on where your package starts and where it's going. Tracking and insurance are included, shipping boxes and envelopes are free, and with Priority Mail Flat Rate®, you don't need to weigh shipments 70 lbs and under.

FedEx Ground provides 100-percent coverage to every business address in the United States , with small-package delivery in one to five business days in the continental U.S. and in three to seven business days to Alaska and Hawaii

FedEx Express Saver offers Delivery to businesses by 4:30 p.m. and to residences by 8 p.m. in 3 business days.

Free Shipping all orders over $999.99 will be eligible for free shipping.

 

RETURN POLICY

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original, unopened packing.

Your item needs to have the receipt or order number for proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive you item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received you returned item.  We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 

If you return is approved.  We will initiate a refund to your credit card or Paypal.  You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  Typically it's within 5-7 business days.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.  If you received the item as a result of our error, or the item is damaged or defective, then we will refund you the shipping costs, when we issue you the return for your item. 

**If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.  We will not issue you a refund unless you contact us first.  We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
